PROCUREMENT PROCEDURES

Preparation, Review & Correction of Request For Quotation (RFQ).
Issue of RFQ to various approved vendors for quotations as well as to the client for approval.
Technical and Commercial evaluation of quotations in conjunction with the RFQ approved by the Client.
Clarifications, negotiations and finalization of vendors.
Obtaining monthly and weekly progress reports from the vendors as required by the client.
Arrangement of freight forwarders and custom clearance of goods.
